How my journey began

Hi, I’m Rachel Roberts — and I absolutely love bringing people together through unforgettable experiences. Over the years, I’ve discovered that what lights me up most is creating environments where people can connect, laugh, and make memories. There’s nothing better than watching guests interact with something I’ve helped bring to life — it’s where creativity meets connection.

I’ve spent more than 15 years in the world of events and marketing, blending a polished, professional approach with genuine kindness and a love for people. Along the way, I’ve worked with incredible companies like Real Salt Lake, Loveland Innovations, JobNimbus, and Solo, helping teams craft powerful go-to-market strategies and memorable brand experiences.

Those who know me will tell you I’m equal parts strategist and storyteller — proactive, collaborative, and always ready to roll up my sleeves to make something amazing happen.

When I’m not planning events or dreaming up new ideas, you’ll find me exploring Utah’s trails with my family, cheering on my favorite teams (Go Pack Go!), or volunteering as Director of Talent for the Loveloud Music Festival — a role that’s kept me close to my passion for live music and community.

And though Utah has my heart now, I’ll always be a California girl at heart — happiest when my feet are in the sand.
